The session would teach teachers how to engage in a reflective process of identifying what counts as excellence, aligning their practice and evidence to their teaching philosophy, and documenting excellence in a portfolio. By attending the workshop, teachers are able to align their teaching to their beliefs, document evidence of teaching, and start the process of creating a portfolio that shows evidence instead of only a CV.
